Questions parishes usually ask

Does Hallelujah collect the offering online?
No. There is no payment gateway, no checkout and no card handling anywhere in the platform. The family pays your church directly, exactly as it does today, and the platform records what was received so a receipt can be issued.
Can a family create an account?
It does not need to. Anyone can submit an intention from your church's public page without registering. Only church staff sign in, and those accounts are created by us or by your church administrator.
Who can see our church's records?
Only your church. Intentions, customers, payments, receipts and reports are scoped to your parish, and no other church administrator can reach them.
What do we need to get started?
Your church name, address, phone number and the name of the person who will act as administrator. We create the workspace and hand over the account.
